The main menu in the Catalog Search program windows contains the less frequently used commands.
The following commands are available here:
| • | Save all: Select this item to save any changes made in the catalog or file properties. |
| • | Detailed printout: Lets you print a datasheet of information. |

The command for saving changes is also available in the Quick Access toolbar of the Catalog Search for even faster access. |
