This problem is most often caused by deletion of the Explorer extension related entries in the Windows registry database that had been written by Virtual CD. If no Virtual CD menu items are added to your Explorer popup menus although you have not switched off the Explorer extension feature, open a command line in Virtual CD's system directory, <VCD>\System, and enter the following command:

regsvr32.exe vc10extse.dll - for 32-bit operating systems,

or

regsvr32.exe vc10extse64.dll - for 64-bit operating systems

 

Now you should see the menu items added by the Explorer extension. If you encounter an error message, please contact Virtual CD support and describe the issue and the error message.
