The status bar in the CD Control Center shows the number of images currently displayed in the Images View. This view does not specify the folders.

If you have so many images that you cannot see at a glance how many there are, check the number by switching to the Images Overview. You can switch Views using the navigation bar or the directory structure. |
The slider on the right-hand side of the status bar can be used to change the View mode (Tiles, Details, etc,) in the active View.
