Installation Virtual CD Treiber schlug fehl

Hallo,

ich habe gestern die aktuelle Demoversion von VCD TS heruntergeladen und installiert. Heute, also einen Tag später sagt mir das Programm, dass die 30 Tage abgelaufen sind.
Da dachte ich mir etwas verärgert: "Na, dann deinstalliere ich erstmal alles und installiere neu!"

Am Ende der Installation kommt aber jetzt immer die Meldung, dass die "Installation des Virtual CD Treibers fehlgeschlagen ist und das Setup beendet wird."

Unser Terminalserver läuft unter Citrix Presentationserver 4 auf Windows 2003.

Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, was das schiefläuft? Ich würde das Produkt nämlich endlich testen können.

Treiberinstallation fehlgeschlagen

Bitte lesen Sie dazu erst einmal den ersten KB-Artikel. Hilft dies nicht, benötige ich den kompletten Output der Diagnose (wird nicht veröffentlicht) und zwei LOG-Dateien, über die Sie mehr im zweiten KB-Artikel erfahren.

Es können keine virtuellen Laufwerke angelegt werden.

Troubleshooting bei Problemen bei der Installation von Virtual CD

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort.

Ich bin nicht sicher, ob meine Antwortmail, die ich direkt über meinen Email-Account verschickt habe auch wirklich bei Ihnen landet. Deshalb antworte ich nochmal auf diesem Wege.

Ich sende Ihnen hiermit Snapshotauszüge der beiden Logs (Anhänge kann ich ja auf diesem Wewg nicht verschicken), denn die Lösungsvorschläge im ersten Artikel führten zu keinem Erfolg.

Eine Sache ist mir noch aufgefallen ... In der Registry unter "HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/Services" hat man keinen Zugriff auf den Schlüssel "vdrv7000".
In den Berechtigungen ist nichts und niemand eingetragen. Wenn man auf diesen Schlüssel klickt, bekommt man die Meldung, dass man nicht die Berechtigung dazu hat.
(Bevor jetzt diese Fragen kommen ... Ja, ich bin als Administrator angemeldet)

Diese Fehlermeldung ist ziemlich eindeutig, der Grund dafür weniger. Es sieht so aus, als ob bei der ersten Installation "irgend etwas" schief gelaufen ist. Bei der Deinstallation wurde dann dieser Schlüssel nicht gelöscht, wodurch die Neuinstallation dann scheiterte.
Vorgehen: Bitte übernehmen Sie den Besitz dieses Schlüssels im Registrierungseditor bzw. geben sich auf diesen Schlüssel Vollzugriffsberechtigungen, um ihn dann zu löschen. Danach sollte die Installation funktionieren.
Fraglich ist, ob Sie die Demo noch einmal werden testen können oder sie dann weiterhin als abgelaufen angezeigt wird. In diesem Fall könnten Sie Virtual CD auf diesem System leider nicht mehr testen.
