Virtual CD does not aim in any way to make illegal copies of copy-protected media and is completely conform to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that prohibits the distribution of tools that circumvent technical measures designed to protect copyright material. The Virtual CD technology does not bypass copy protection but merely created an executable image on the hard drive of the user. The creation of a 1:1 copy of protected media on CD or DVD is not possible with Virtual CD.
The H+H Software GmbH prohibits any use of Virtual CD that breaches the copyrights.
