ISO images in a collection

ISO conform images don't appear in the collection assistant selection.

ISO images cannot be directly selected for a collection. The icons 'I' for ISO, 'J' for Joliet and 'U' for UDF only show which virtual CDs are in the ISO format, which virtual CDs are in the Joliet format and which virtual CDs are in UDF format.
Please convert the ISO images to the Virtual CD format *.vc4. This can be done in the Virtual CD Management with a right click on the ISO image -> convert. Then you can add the virtual CD to the collection.

Please be aware that collections that contain virtual CDs with Joliet and ISO formats have to be created with the ISO file system which means that eventually the labels in the collection will then automatically be adjusted.
The image format always depends on the source media format.
Please keep in mind that it possible for an ISO image to have a Joliet format. The extension ISO does not necessarily have something to do with the actual format. Nevertheless Virtual CD only accepts ISO conform images. Only virtual CDs are created in the Joliet format. You can find further information in the KB article #492.
